Instructions
-
1
Season chicken cutlets with half the salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
-
2
Cook chicken 6-8 minutes, turning once, until browned. Transfer to a platter and loosely cover with foil to keep warm.
-
3
Add broccoli and the remaining 1 tbsp oil to the skillet. Increase heat to medium-high; cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly seared and bright green, about 1 minute.
-
4
Stir in grated garlic; cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
-
5
Add chicken broth; cook until slightly reduced, about 30 seconds.
-
6
Reduce heat to medium and stir in cream and the remaining salt and pepper. Simmer until broccoli is tender-crisp and the sauce is slightly thickened, 3-4 minutes.
-
7
Spoon broccoli and sauce over the chicken. Garnish with parsley.
Why This Recipe Supports Red Light Therapy
Garlic contains allicin, a sulfur compound with anti-inflammatory properties, while olive oil supplies monounsaturated fats that support a healthy inflammatory response. Together with chicken's complete protein, this combination may help reduce inflammatory markers while supplying amino acids for the cellular repair pathways red light therapy activates.
