Butter Chicken

Cube chicken and generously coat in turmeric, ginger, salt, chili powder, and cinnamon. Set aside.

Heat a skillet to medium heat and add butter. When melted, add diced onion and garlic. Cook 2-3 minutes until translucent and fragrant.

Increase heat to medium-high and add seasoned chicken. Cook about 2 minutes on each side until golden.

Add heavy cream and tomato paste. Turn heat to medium-low and cover with a lid for 5-7 minutes.

Remove lid and stir. If you prefer a thicker sauce, let it reduce uncovered for another 1-2 minutes.
