In a large skillet over medium-high heat, saute sausage until browned on all sides. Remove to a plate.

In the same skillet, melt butter and add peppers and onions. Saute until vegetables start to soften (about 4 minutes).

In a small mixing bowl, combine diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine.

Add sausages and tomato mixture to the skillet. Stir to combine. Increase heat to high and bring to a boil.

Decrease heat to medium. Add parsley and stir into the mixture. Simmer for 10 minutes.
