Service Agreement
By accessing or using the RedLight Freedom website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who accesses or uses our services at our Colonial Heights, Virginia location.
Use of Services
RedLight Freedom provides whole-body red light therapy sessions using the Prism Light Pod, vibration plate therapy, and nutrition support services. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking appointments or creating an account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services independently. Clients under 18 require written parental or guardian consent. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, particularly when use of our services may pose a health risk. Please consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness program.
Payment Terms
Our new patient special is priced at $79 per session (regularly $299). All payments are processed securely through Square at the time of service or at the time of booking, depending on the service selected. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallet payments.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Package purchases are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual with prior approval from our staff. Pricing is subject to change; however, any changes will not affect previously purchased packages or sessions.
Liability Limitation
Red light therapy is a general wellness service and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Our Prism Light Pod is an FDA-registered Class II medical device cleared for general wellness use. Individual results may vary, and we make no guarantees regarding specific health outcomes.
RedLight Freedom, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be held liable for any injury, adverse reaction, or damages arising from the use of our services. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have been informed of the potential risks and benefits and have voluntarily chosen to proceed. Clients with medical conditions including active cancer, pregnancy, epilepsy, or photosensitivity disorders should consult their physician before using red light therapy.
Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
RedLight Freedom reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any updates.
