From Different Roots to a Shared Purpose
We’re Ryan and Lacey Miller, a husband-and-wife team blessed to call Colonial Heights home. Though our roots began far apart — Ryan in Delaware and Lacey in Louisiana — God’s timing brought our paths together. In spring 2020, we said “I do,” committing our lives to one another and to serving others.
Our home is full of love and a little fur: our two daughters, Mika and Lily; Odie the senior dachshund; and two brother cats, Sweetie and Smooch. As born-again Christians, we’ve joyfully served the Lord Jesus Christ for years, letting our faith guide our decisions and the way we love others.
Health and wellness aren’t just hobbies for us — they’re a calling. We believe the body is designed to self-heal and thrive when nurtured consistently. That conviction sits at the heart of everything we do at RedLight Freedom.

Our Mission in the Community
We believe the body is designed to thrive when cared for consistently. That belief shapes how we serve.
What began as a personal health journey in Colonial Heights has grown into a mission that reaches across Virginia’s Tri-Cities region. We didn’t want to be a med spa that also happens to have a light bed, or a franchise squeezing red light into a menu of dozens of services. We built RedLight Freedom to be the only center in Virginia focused exclusively on whole-body red light therapy — so every consultation, every session, and every follow-up is focused on one thing: helping you feel better. From our home base here, we’re proud to serve families in Petersburg, Hopewell, Chester, Chesterfield, and the Fort Lee community.
Every person who walks through our doors is more than a client — they’re a neighbor, a friend, and part of the story we’re building together. We can’t wait to learn about you, to hear your story, and to walk alongside you on your journey toward health, wholeness, and hope.
