Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet over high heat. Add steak cubes in a single layer. Sear 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.

Lower to medium heat. Add butter and garlic. Stir 30-60 seconds until fragrant.

Return steak to skillet and toss in garlic butter, salt, pepper, and paprika.

In a separate pan, heat remaining oil. Saute zucchini 4-5 minutes until tender. Sprinkle with parmesan and let it melt slightly.

Serve together and drizzle extra garlic butter over the top.
